I'm going to re-bump this to my CEO for his direct reply on this, I believe there is a physical hardware issue with your server, we have been actively working on attempting to get it back up. As soon as it's back up we will be moving your services off this box onto a new one to avoid any further issues, we will be compensating you for your time lost and we are sincerely sorry for this issue. This is not typical and sometimes does happen with hardware as with any machine.

We're still working on having all services on this machine migrated to another platform. I've requested that they put the system's drives into another hardware configuration, as that which we're currently using is far too unstable. I will reply back to this ticket once we've completed this -- hopefully today before peak hours.
